Bellini at Milestone's

Milestone's is so pricey! But their famous Bellini was worth it. It was good to get together yesterday with a few of my close friends from the old elementary school days. We didn't reminisce as much as catch up on what everyone was doing, since several of us graduated. Congrats on med school, Zena! We'll have to come visit you in Grenada, you lucky duck. Living on the beach...most of us just dream about that...you get to live the real thing! :) It is exciting yet scary to see long-time friends starting in the work world, the "real" world out there. And Joyce is going to Europe! For grad school! Talk about getting scattered in all directions! Of course, all the more reason to travel, he he. Makes me wonder what decisions I'll be making in a year or two's time...what does God have in store for me? Got to do some heart-to-heart talk with Alice over bubble tea. She knows me too well, he he. We talked about the usual girl stuff and some more...Alice, you are so talented at "counselling"! It's one heck of a gift you have there that you are putting to use!
